Several sites have articles (one, two, three) about how Mico$haft is doing a forced takeover of Yahoo!.  They are doing it since Yahoo! did not want to partner with them.  Or something to that effect.  Now one of the two largest search engine/free webmail/news sites (the other being google) is going to go away.  Mico$haft will integrate what they can, nix the rest over probably the next 12-18 months.  So basically Yahoo! is dead.
