Now the debate about executions has always come up and there is two very strong sides/arguments to the debate. Some people are really for it and some people are really against it. Very few end up in the middle. Well the Supreme Court has recently made comments on it.

Kentucky is allowed to go back and start executing people again. The Supreme Court vote in favor of the executions. Now this will make some people mad. For me I think it is a good thing. Some people earn the right to be removed from the gene pool and from the planet. I am not for killing (err executing) people to do so. But sometimes when people commit crimes of a certain nature/level you just need to remove them from society permanently. And putting them in prison for life is not the same thing. They will just take their evilness and teach others.

Now here is the article about how the Supreme Court got involved with the issue in the first place. Why on earth would Child Rapist think they should live? They should know better. I am surprised that the local other inmates didnt beat them to death. I am not an expert on convicts but what little I know, they do not take kindly to child rapists.

Here is the article about how some kid is suing 50-cent and others about a beat down he got. Did he deserve it or not? who knows. But I am tired of our youth idolizing the gansta/thug life thinking that they is the way to go. Instead of being good honest citizens.

They are just some blood sucking vampires. Here is some misc updates on them..

1) RIAA Export Witness is an idiot (my words not theirs). RIAA’s export on P2P is deemed “borderline incompetent”. Which is a big blow to the expert witness testimony.

2) MediaSentry’s rols in RIAA lawsuit is getting investigated. MediaSentry has been acting like a Private Investigator (PI) without a license. Oops. You really should look at the laws before doing work in a given space.

3) MIT student to fight RIAA. Yeah! fight those bastards! They go after college students since they are broke and scared of the death they are amassing from school, so they are more likely to settle out of court.

4) here is an interview with the misguided RIAA. They are really misguided.

5) Here is another bonehead manuever by RIAA. Make a training video for the DA’s offices and not expect the world to see it. Here is link one and link two about the video. I have only watched a few minutes of the whole video since I started to cry I was laughing at how stupid it was. You know that all drug dealers are also music pirates and it is very easy to bust them on music piracy and then add on the related drug charges to it. Yeah all these pirates are drug dealers. NOT! but what can you do?

6) RIAA wants all citizens to run copyright filters on their PCs so they can block piracy at the individual computer level. Hmm nope.. not going to do it.

Ralph Nader sues the DNC since it is rigging the election… duh!

WASHINGTON (AP) - Consumer advocate and 2004 independent presidential candidate Ralph Nader sued the Democratic Party on Tuesday, contending officials conspired to keep him from taking votes away from nominee John Kerry.Nader's lawsuit, filed in District of Columbia Superior Court, also named as co-defendants Kerry's campaign, the Service Employees International Union and several so-called 527 organizations such as America Coming Together, which were created to promote voter turnout on behalf of the Democratic ticket. The lawsuit also alleges that the Democratic National Committee conspired to force Nader off the ballot in several states."The Democratic Party is going after anyone who presents a credible challenge to their monopoly over their perceived voters," Nader said in a statement. "This lawsuit was filed to help advance a free and open electoral process for all candidates and voters. Candidate rights and voter rights nourish each other for more voices, choices, and a more open and competitive democracy."Among other things, the lawsuit alleges that the DNC tried to bankrupt Nader's campaign by suing to keep him off the ballot in 18 states. It also suggests the DNC sent Kerry supporters to crash a Nader petition drive in Portland, Ore., in June 2004, preventing him from collecting enough signatures to get on the ballot. The lawsuit seeks "compensatory damages, punitive damages and injunctive relief to enjoin the defendants from ongoing and future violations of the law." It was not clear how much money Nader is seeking; his attorney, Bruce Afran, did not immediately return a telephone call seeking comment.A DNC spokesman also did not immediately return a telephone call for comment.
