some random cool Mac software part II
I mentioned some cool Mac software in an earlier posting. This is just the continuation of it.
please read the eariler posting. I am buidling on that list.
EarthDesk. This is a great little app that puts a map of the Earth (or part of it) and shows you in real time the light/dark sides of the planet. Way cool. As I am coding at night or on the weekends, I can sit there and slowly watch the sun set across where I live and not even how to look out a window. Ok I am not that bad. I still think its a cool backdrop.
PocketMac is the tool to have if you have a BlackBerry. I just bought myself a new BlackBerry Pearl. Way coolness. It competes with the Treo and Windows Mobile phones for a personal communicator now. Plus it is the best for business hands down.
coconutIdentityCard not a very useful but fun tool to have. It will tell you where you Mac was built and when. And it works for iPods too if they are connected via USB/FireWire to the Mac.
